Seodre: Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

At Seodre, your happiness is our priority! If something doesn’t work out, our easy returns and exchanges policy is here to help, no questions asked. 😊


Returns Made Simple

  • Timeframe: You can return items within 3 days of delivery if it’s not what you expected.
  • Condition: Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • How to Return: Drop us an email at support@seodre.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll guide you step by step!
  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a full refund, including any shipping fees you paid. Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to reflect.

Note: Returns after 3 days can’t be processed, so please act quickly!


Easy Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Options: Exchange for the same item or pick something else of equal or lesser value (based on availability).
  • How to Exchange: Just email us at support@seodre.com with your order details and what you’d like instead β€” we’ll handle the rest!
  • Shipping Cost: Don’t worry, we’ll cover the shipping for exchanges.

Once an exchange is initiated, the item cannot be returned.
Exchanges are permitted only once per order.


Damaged Items? We’ve Got Your Back!

If your item arrives damaged, let us know right away at support@seodre.com, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, some items aren’t eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products that are used, washed, or missing parts

Exception for Return Pickups

In certain cases, reverse pickup services may not be available for specific pin codes or locations due to courier partner limitations. In such situations, the customer will be required to self-ship the product to the address provided by SEODRE.

SEODRE will reimburse the courier charges incurred by the customer, subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer must use a reliable courier service with tracking available.
  • A valid courier receipt/invoice must be shared with SEODRE as proof of shipment.
  • Courier reimbursement will be limited to a reasonable standard shipping cost as determined by SEODRE.
  • The product must be packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.

The courier reimbursement amount will be transferred directly to the customer’s bank account after the returned product is received and verified by SEODRE.

Note: Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for processing.
