Claim Process:

• Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
• Email support@SEODRE.com with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim details.
• Self-ship the product to our official address (2270, Green Glade Apartments, Sector B, Pocket 2, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070) and provide courier details including the AWB number.
• Upon receiving the product, you'll receive store credit based on the credit terms outlined below, valid for 6 months from the order date.

Credit Terms:

• 0-6 months: 50% of the invoice value

Exclusions from Warranty:

• Damage or breakage due to wear and tear.
• Third-party resizing or alterations.
• Damage to zirconia crystals due to mishandling.
• Loss of crystals or stones on the jewelry.

Breakage Warranty:

• SEODRE offers a customer-friendly breakage warranty.
• In the event of breakage during usage, claim 15% of the product value as SEODRE cash.
• Cash is redeemable within 6 months online.
