Warranty Policy

One-Year Warranty

SEODRE provides a one-year warranty on the gold plating of eligible jewellery pieces against premature plating defects, subject to the terms and conditions below.

The warranty covers cases where the gold plating visibly peels, flakes, or wears off abnormally within the warranty period. It does not cover gradual changes in appearance resulting from normal wear and tear or improper care.

Claim Process

  1. Take a clear photo of the jewellery showing the plating issue.

  2. Email support@seodre.com with your order number, photo evidence, and warranty claim request.

  3. Our Customer Support team will review your claim and determine whether the issue qualifies under the warranty.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement according to the terms below. You do not need to return or ship the original item to us.

Replacement Terms

  • Same item available: We will arrange a replacement of the same item.

  • Same item unavailable: You may choose another available item of equal or lower value than the original item's invoice price.

  • Lower-value item: Any difference in value will not be refunded or issued as store credit.

  • Claim approval: All claims are subject to verification and approval by SEODRE's Customer Support team.

Exclusions from Warranty

The one-year warranty covers gold plating defects only and excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear, including gradual deterioration of the plating through regular use.

  • Minor changes in colour, lustre, or appearance resulting from regular wear.

  • Physical damage, accidental breakage, bending, or deformation.

  • Damage caused by mishandling, improper storage, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.

  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, cleaning agents, or other substances that may affect the plating.

  • Alterations or resizing performed by third parties.

  • Damage to or loss of crystals, stones, or other decorative elements.

  • Luxury handcrafted sets, which are excluded from this warranty.

SEODRE jewellery is designed for everyday wear. However, proper care and storage can help preserve its appearance and extend its lifespan.
